How To Do The Ring Face Pull Exercise

‘- Set rings to roughly face or upper‑chest height. Stand facing them with feet planted, straps taut, and body in a straight line from head to heels.
– Grip the rings with a neutral or slight pronated grip, arms extended, ribs down, glutes lightly engaged, and neck neutral (no chin jut).
– “Set” the shoulders: gently depress and retract the scapulae without arching the lower back.
– Initiate the pull by drawing the shoulder blades together, then drive elbows out to roughly shoulder height.
– As the rings approach you, externally rotate the shoulders so forearms become vertical; guide the rings toward the sides of your face at about eye level.
