How To Do The Long Lever Decline Sit-Up Exercise

‘- Adjust the decline angle and foot pads so your ankles are securely hooked and knees comfortably flexed.
– Lie supine with your pelvis gently posteriorly tilted (belt line slightly toward ribs). Brace your abdominal wall.
– Extend both arms straight overhead, biceps in line with your ears. Keep the arms quiet throughout.
