How To Do The Band Assisted Wheel Rollout Exercise

– Kneel on a pad, toes down. Grip the wheel handles with wrists neutral and shoulders stacked over the wheel.

– Begin the rollout by shifting the wheel forward, allowing the shoulders to flex as your torso and hips move together as one unit.
– Keep the ribcage “tethered” to the pelvis; do not let the low back sag or the hips lead.
– Roll only as far as you can maintain a neutral spine with continuous tension on the band.
– To return, press the handles into the floor, engage lats and abdominals, and pull the wheel back while keeping hips and ribs linked.
– Finish with the wheel under the shoulders, pause, re-brace, and repeat with the same controlled tempo.
