A small hip hinge helps maintain a neutral spine and distributes load through the posterior chain while your center of mass shifts laterally. The goal is precise, controlled movement: the torso stays long and rigid, the shoulders remain packed, and the motion occurs smoothly through the hips without twisting or sagging.

How To Do The Suspension Pendulum Exercise
